I love sweating… during and after a workout
My new favorite sensation is sweating. I love to feel it drip down my back and under my eyelids. There is something about a good sweat that makes you feel like you achieved something.
As you know I have been working out aggressively to have a somewhat acceptable after baby figure for Hawaii, and I love the habit I am forming. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I walk with a fun group of girls. This is no ordinary walk. This walk is mostly up hill and it kicks my butt every single time. After my walk I enjoy some good conversation, a couple of errands, and then I put my baby down for a nap and continue with some weight training. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I do Extreme Tae Bo with weights and resistance bands. It is amazing and fun! All of these workouts have gotten me addicted to the feeling of sweating. If I do not sweat hard it it was not a workout. I am even becoming addicted to the length of time that the workout lasts. A 30 minute workout is not ok for me. It needs to at least be 1 1/2 hours of sweating to be a workout.
I think that I am secretly hoping that I will become one of those people who are in bondage to working out because than I would not feel so guilty for eating the way I do.

Good for you! i love the feeling of sweat but I hate how it looks. Ass and boob sweat in the gym is just nasty.

um, your eyelids sweat? Maybe you should get that checked out.
